Sealed bids for the SB 2468 Well #7 Project in Lamar County, Mississippi will be received by North Lumberton Utility Association at the their office located at 410 N Front Street, Lumberton, MS 39455 by 10:00 A.M., on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened. Electronic bids may be submitted at www.andrewsengprojects.com.

Principal items of construction are as follows:
Provide labor, materials, tools, and other necessary items required for the construction and placement of a permanent well, valves, and other miscellaneous items.

Complete plans, specifications and bid form (hard and/or digital copy) may be viewed and/or purchased from www.andrewsengprojects.com. Questions regarding the website registration or obtaining bid documents should be addressed to Plan House at 601-336-6378. Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.

A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the bid will be required with the proposal. Bidder shall also submit a current financial statement if requested by the Owner.
Attorneys-in-fact who signed required bonds must file with each bond a certified and effective dated copy of their power of attorney.
Bid proposals shall be submitted in duplicate, sealed and deposited with the North Lumberton Utility Association prior to the hour and date above designated.
Each bidder shall write his Certificate of Responsibility number and Mississippi License number on the outside of the sealed envelope containing his proposal.
North Lumberton Utility Association reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Association, and to waive informalities.
